Refund policy
Orinvo supports standardized return and exchange services in compliance with UK consumer protection regulations, aiming to protect the legitimate shopping rights and interests of every customer. All return and exchange applications must comply with the following unified rules.
1 Application Time Limit: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the package. Any application beyond the time limit will not be accepted without special circumstances.
2 Eligible Conditions for Return and Exchange: The returned products must be kept in original unused condition, with complete original packaging, accessories and labels. Products with artificial damage, used traces, missing accessories or damaged packaging caused by customers’ personal reasons will not be supported for return and exchange.3 Defective Product Processing: If the received products have quality problems, damage, missing parts or wrong delivery caused by our side, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide free replacement, full refund or partial refund solutions according to the actual situation after verification.
4 Customer Personal Reason Return: If customers apply for return due to personal preference, inappropriate size or other personal reasons, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping fees. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
5 Special Reminder: Disposable pet supplies, personalized customized products and partial clearance discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, which will be marked on the corresponding product details page.
