These Terms of Service govern the entire usage behavior, transaction rules, and service access rights between Orinvo and all customers who browse, purchase, and use our store services. By accessing our website, placing orders, and purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all the terms stipulated in these service rules. These terms shall take effect together with all other store policies including shipping rules, return policy and privacy policy.
1 Account & User Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or use our services under the supervision of a legal guardian. You are solely responsible for the authenticity and validity of the personal information you submit during shopping. You shall not use our store for any illegal, improper or commercial speculative behaviors, including malicious order brushing, fraudulent transactions and malicious returns.
2 Service & Product Usage: All products sold by Orinvo are limited to daily household and pet daily use. Customers shall not resell, modify, copy or use our products for commercial profit or illegal purposes without authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse subsequent service provision for users who violate product usage specifications.
3 Order & Transaction Rules: After the customer completes payment, the order contract takes effect officially. We reserve the right to cancel unshipped orders and provide full refunds in cases of system pricing errors, product out-of-stock, abnormal order data or suspected fraudulent transactions. All order disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the published store policies and UK local consumer laws.
4 Website Usage Rules: All contents on the Orinvo store website, including texts, pictures, logos and graphic designs, are protected by intellectual property rights. The updated terms will be displayed on the store page and take effect automatically. Continuous use of our store services after the update means you accept the revised terms.
