Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the official Orinvo UK store, covering European and American mainstream delivery regions. All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with unified standardized procedures to ensure order safety and delivery stability.
1 Order Processing Time: All valid paid orders will be processed, inspected and arranged for shipment within 1 to 3 working days. Working days exclude UK local weekends, statutory public holidays and special business suspension days. Orders placed on holidays or non-working hours will be processed priority on the next working day.
2 Delivery Time for European and American Regions: After order shipment, the standard delivery cycle for all European and American countries is 15 to 30 working days. The actual arrival time may be slightly affected by regional customs clearance efficiency, local logistics distribution speed, seasonal peak shipping periods and force majeure factors.
3 Logistics Tracking: After the order is shipped, we will send a logistics tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the real-time transportation status of your package through the official tracking channel.
4 Shipping Explanation: We do not provide expedited shipping services by default. For remote areas in Europe and America, the delivery cycle may be appropriately extended. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics suspension or force majeure events.
